"I have found that I am able to gain both in strength and flexibility. Although I have enjoyed and benefited from your stretching classes that I have occasionally attended, my schedule has for all practical purposes limited my stretching to our workout sessions as well as a (very) basic couple of minutes on some mornings. However, your strong emphasis and specific guidance on between-set muscle-specific stretches during my workouts has been a great benefit to me in at least four ways:

  1. It has greatly increased my flexibility in general - I feel I can workout harder without that "musclebound" feeling;
